Congratulation to Leonard Karl for defending his thesis successfully today, 16th April, 2026.
Leonard joined the working group of Prof. Dr. Christian Ganter (Organometallic Chemistry) and the Research Training Group 2482 / ModISC in 2022 and contributed ever since to its success. Today he defended his thesis with the title "Eine übersehene Klasse N-heterocyclischer Carbene auf Basis von β-Lactam" [An overlooked class of N-heterocyclic carbene derivatives based on β-lactam].
